STORY: The google UX course and certification was a deep dive into the processes used to inform design decisions on mobile and screen based web applications.

RESULTS: The UX optimized arcade maintenance app, HIGHSCORE, was created.

Following the curriculum design, I began with user interviews and the aggregation of personas and journeymaps. From there I devised a macro and micro storyboard situation in which an app could be used to relieve the journeys’ pain points.

The following low fidelity app, created using Figma, underwent thorough testing with several users and was carefully optimized to significantly enhance ease of use and overall user experience. Additionally, it was thoughtfully designed to ensure an intuitive and straightforward information architecture, making navigation both simple and efficient for a wide range of users.
